Bad service at Refinery

Pathetic, refuse me to buy without ID, block my account, when I send my ID and bank statement (dont know why!!) to open it again, the consultant said it will take 3 days and put the phone down in my ear, before I can say anything! I will definitely close my account with that group 😤
