Bad service

Good day I'm Elisa oumakie Raleting.i got bad day already I'm home I won't be able to go to the store I did laybuy at jubilee mall in hammanskraal.

At the beginning of January I send my sister to relaybye my staff she was told they would be able to help out letter ,then it was fine with I understand.

Now I wrote concern letter, again it's not possible to be assisted she need to come tomorrow.with out my signature it's not possible to be assisted.

Assistant manager my sister give her phone to communicate with and she started by negative without listening to me as customer. She not have patience for customer and I know her as most cool person in store.but today she give me the other side I don't knw.

I don't have cash to resend my sister and I won't be able to go again to store and those things are expiring on 2 February.

I called complain office it's not working we are transferring your call the next your call it's dropped I use this two numbers *** and *** I'm not happy with both service especially this *** very rude. Why company have to have call center and we can't get assist why.
