Bad service

I emailed Refinery because I was unhappy with their service as I was given the wrong information at the Somerset Mall branch. I was told I can pay for my laybye at any Refinery store, only yo get to the Cape Town branch and was told I couldn't pay for my laybye at that branch due to their laybye numbers not being the same. Why then does a Refinery employee tell me I can pay at any branch?

Instead of them addressing the issues I emailed them about, they kept on sending me emails saying they looking into it, and then boom I was sent an email saying it has been resolved that time no even contacted me!
