Bad service

Two ladies who were working at greenstone mall refinery were very judgemental, I don't like how the treated me, they asked what I'm looking for. I told Thembi that I'm looking for a medium size hoodie, she said they don't have. I kept on looking. They made it a topic that I'm unpacking for something that isn't there. I found the hoodie, went to the counter, the other lady left the counter with some attitude and Tembisa was laughing while coming to the till. She asked if I need a shopping back I said no thanks, she asked me annoying question if I have the bag or what. After such service how can someone try to create a conversation? This was bad
