Bad customer service from Fourways mall branch by Kesney

I went to the store around 18h00 and they were closing at 19h00. the floor assistant was very impatient with me...I asked him for the price, and you could tell that he was irritated and not interested at all.

He kept on folding clothes in the same area that I was trying to do my shopping at. I let that slide, I even asked him what time they are closing because it looks like I am holding them up from closing. The door was closed at 18h40 and I was made feel as if I was not welcomed in their store.

I went to make a layby; he was so irritated in a sense that I ended up paying for the clothes instead of making a layby because he was rushing me for my details. He even mentioned that he doesn't want to wait for taxis that are going to Soweto that's why is rushing.

I asked him if he was working on Saturday so that I can come in the morning and shop in peace, his answer was "Are you coming to the shop or are you coming to me".

I really had a terrible experience, I don't think I will ever shop from there.
