AVOID - Never purchase online from Refinery.

Refinery does have a returns portal online, but it does NOT process returns. I contacted Refinery, with the 30 day period, to return 2 items that were too large from the 4 items purchased. They had the order number, my contact details, my address and the item codes from the initial application to return.

Yet after logging the return, they then email you and ask that you reshare this information, in an email, and attach photographs of the items to be returned. Seemingly they then take the date of your response to this email as the logged return date and now they refuse to accept the return!

What a ridiculous, unnecessarily clunky process. Refinery already has this information from the initial return logged. Very poor UX.
