Appalling Quality Control - So Disgusted.

I purchased a Brand New Black Parka Jacket from your Canal Walk store on Sunday.

I have not even worn it.

I removed the price tag of R899. from it this morning, only to want to wear it at work today but noticed all the stitching is coming off from the zip and everywhere before even getting a chance to put this on.

It is absolutely disgusting to pay so much money and look so forward to wearing this Parka Jacket for it to be in this ********** condition.

I will return iit to your store this evening and expect a full refund.

This is not on.

You should look at your clothing properly and ensure it is in a decent condition before putting it on a clothing rack.

Where is your quality control on your items?

I am truly disgusted by the appearance of this Parka Jacket.
