Appalling and Disgusting service - Refinery Mall@Carnival

I visited the Store in Mall@ Carnival and wanted to return a dress and perhaps take a pair of shoes as they are my favorite and I have a bout four pairs. Upon entry to the store Daphne followed me in and insisted that I give her the item in my bag that I wanted to return. I did so and said that I just want to have a look around before I return it. She refused to let me wander about the store (with my item in her hands, take note no longer in my possession) and insisted on me returning the dress before I can continue to shop (like I am some apparent ********). When I got to the counter she and her assistant were very unfriendly and unwilling to assist and barely audibly speaking to me. When I dared asked if there was a problem they both laughed (quite loudly in full view of other customers) and had a full on very loud conversation in their home language "about my stupidity" amongst other things. I then informed them that they were rude and to please finish the process so that I can go. Needless to say my entire outfit that I had on, on the day of the incident was entirely made up of Refinery items, dress shoes purse you name it! I was treated likewise at Edgars two years ago and closed my account with them. As a result I will pay off my Ackerman's account and close it!!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY A REFINERY ITEM EVER AGAIN, OR REFER FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO ANY REFINERY STORE!!! IF THIS IS THE SERVICE LOYAL CUSTOMERS GET I WANT NO PART IN IT!!!!!!!! You'd think during trying these times people would be grateful to have a job and not take the risk of discussing a customers "stupidity" amongst other things in full view of the customer! I am disgusted by what occurred and regardless of an apology from head office, who will not take action against the staff in question I am not interested in having an account linked to Refinery!
