ANGRY CUSTOMER WHO BOUGHT AT REFINERY SHOP BRIDGE CTY -KWAMASHU

I bought the Items at the Refinery at the bridge city in kwamashu. the clothes i bought were worth R2500 on 21/12/2025. Then, on 22/12/2025, the change in sizes occurred. No information was given on the procedure for changing the item. When I was taking a different size, the item disappeared when the guy was in front of me an employee of Refinery. When o requested for footage, the guy called Mhlengi Mthembu was very rude (manager) he was never helpful. So basically, it took them 14 days to attend to my complaint. The lady by the name MELANIE , sales manager, was also not helpful and told me there was nothing they could do. Even the item got lost at the shop. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE CONDONING THEFT IN THE SHOP. A BIG SHOP LIKE A REFINERY DID NOT HAVE CCV CAMERAS. I'M VERY ANGRY, THE CUSTOMER IS LOSING MY ITEM INSIDE THE SHOP. I WILL NEVER BUY AND NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE ALL *******. THAT'S WHY THEY NOT HAVE SECURITY AND DONT HAVE CAMERAS.
