Horrible Workmanship

Horrible experience. This company offers hand crafted furniture, when my furniture arrived, my TV stand had dents and poor paint job, the pedestal drawers were difficult to open/close. Worst of all, the storage bed lever broke 5 days after being assembled by the which ment it left the base open with no way of laying my mattress. I called another carpenter to help at least close it so I have somewhere to sleep. All of this was communicated and a day. The “owner” then scheduled a day to come (21/08) he didn’t pitch nor communicated, we rescheduled (03/09) and same thing happened. This company lacks ethics, workmanship and mere dignity of running a business!
