No after service care

<p>So I’ve received great service from Re-fin when I app**** for finance. Got my car, Love my car. BUT, I’ve asked for help and advice about a month ago and all I get is nothing. Nobody can tell me why I’ve never received the cars Decra report that I’ve asked for when I bought the car about a year ago. I took it for a service as required from my insurance and got very bad news and now everyone hope’s the problem and I will disappear.</p> <p> </p>
