Conspiracy between Dealer and Refin

In February 2015, i bought Toyota Rav 4 assistance to get finance by Refin from a dealer called M& R Motors unfortunately M& R Motors is not listed in hello Peter. When i first spoke to the dealer they refer to REFIN as their "financial lady" yet its a separate company from the dealership. The two companies sold me damaged car that only worked for 5 months till today its stuck not working yet im left with a huge debt and a car that could have caused serious accident die to mechanical problems. I have addressed this with dealer, REFIN , MFC, Motor Industry Obdsman but till today the issue stays unresolved. It sad companies take advantage black women because they know we cant afford big lawyers to fight them. Im disheartened by the acts of the two companies Refin and M&R Motors.
