cheap quality

I went to refinery in fourways, the staff was friendly and very helpful however the quality of leggings I got for R180 is ****. I've been waiting for refinery to call me till today they are still going to call. It's been a month since their pathetic customer care will be calling. They told me that they logged a complaint and someone will call me back so I can return the legging or exchange. I'm never going to buy anything from the store and hope people will stop buying from there because of the cheap quality and poor service that is being given to their customer. As for their customer care more training is required because they don't know what customer care is period.
