Asking for letter

A lady by the name of thabiseng was very rude to a point where she hanged up the phone on is. The called in to be asisted by a letter stating the are the ones deducting from a payslip. Instate of asisting she told us she very busy and we should call in tomorrow. What a ****bel experience
