Reeflords Property Development poor service

Im currently in the process to acquiring my 1st property and the estate agency/ company that i am using, which is Reeflords Property Development has the worst service i have come across. They do not return my call and i only just found out that the agent that i was dealing with does not work there anymore. I have been sending emails and there isnt even a automated email response to say this person doesnt work for them anymore. I call in to there offices and there secretary keeps say that they will call me back and the excuse is that the person is in a meeting
