Poor Management

The Aura (Northgate) is not maintained at all. The maintenance team only looks after the entrance side. They only care about what the complex looks from the outside.

The trees are damaging our cars. The estate manager ignores our emails when we ask for the trees to be pruned/cut-off. Sudesh always have excuses.
