Terrible Attitude and service

Please don't phone this company.<br> <br> The *gentleman* on the other end of the phone is absolutely horrible. He is doing you a service by answering your call.<br> <br> I phoned twice, sent him an sms with my address details and phoned to find out when he will be going through to check the alarm system. I was basically told to go to hell because he had not received the sms. His attitude is disgusting. This is the problem with our service industry in this country.
