One of our company vehicles needed repairs done after it was involved in a crash.

Our Insurance company (Renasa) moved the vehicle to Reef Panelbeaters for repairs.

Renasa insurance send through an instruction that clearly stipulated that Renasa will only pay the account 30 days after the vehicle has been repaired, Linda ignored the instruction and continued to work on the vehicle.

Linda only communicated to the insurance company that she will not release the vehicle to the client, if Full payment is not received into her account, when the repairs to the vehicle was almost completed.

I find this business practice to be bordering on a **** and highly *********.

Be careful before you allow your vehicle to be taken to Reef Panelbeaters.
