Reef Chainsaw Centre Wapandrand - Disappointed and Frustrated

Disappointing Experience with Reef Chainsaw Centre; I'm writing to share my frustrating experience with Reef Chainsaws, located at the Centre in Wapadrand, Pretoria East. While their sales division is great, their workshop has been a complete disappointment.

Initial Repair; I handed in my chainsaw for repairs on August 7, 2024. They fixed it, I paid for it and collected. However, it broke down again with the same fault.

Second Repair; I handed it in again on September 18, 2024. Since then, I've sent multiple emails to Danie de Jager, but I've received no feedback or response. At least the sold a manual saw to me during this visit as a consolation and to ease my workload.

Lack of Communication; The lack of communication and transparency from their workshop is unacceptable. As an authorized Husqvarna agent, I expect better service, especially when it comes to Husqvarna parts enquiries.

Conclusion; Unfortunately, my experience with Reef Chainsaws' workshop has been subpar. I hope they take steps to improve their service and communication.
