Quite frankly a horrific experience in dealing with the sales agent Tommy and the directors of the company. We originally took over a similar business with the intention of taking over the existing printer contract (we didn't need it but agreed with the previous owner to do so). the bottom line, having confirmed with the previous owner that all was in order the salesman, Tommy, from RBS misguided us and ended up signing us up on a new contract with a new term just so that he could earn commission again.
