Obstacle

The agent in Sedgefield became obsessed with the Wendy house being less than 3m from the building line even though I as the seller had included this on the signed ‘list of defects’. I instructed the attorney to send this list to the buyer when I realised that the agent had no intention of doing so ! He became an obstacle to rather than a promoter of the sale.
