Worst service, do not use!!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars.

1. I booked a truck a month in advance for a 12:00 move, trusck was 5 hours late - arrived at 17:00.

2. At 12:00, Azive (she does the bookings) informed me that the truck will be delayed by 2 hours, claiming the previous client caused the delay. Mizu (the driver) later phoned and stated my trip was canceled. After contacting Asive, she mentioned a new driver arriving at 15:30 - this would now mean the tuck would be three and a half hours late.

3. The truck with the different driver arrived at 17:30 after Asive and Collen (also does booking) provided unclear information about the delay.

4. The truck was a 3 ton instead of the 4-ton I had booked. It was too small in height, forcing my fridge to lie flat on the floor. This meant I couldn't use it for 24 hours, and my items didn't fit.

I have reached out to the manager; his name is Charles Sibelo. First, he promised to investigate and come back to me, then he disappeared. No Feeback, has been ignoring email and avoiding phone calls. All this threw off my day and plans and no one from Red Trucks is taking accountability.
