APPALLING SERVICES

BAD!!! I regret to say that the experience was incredibly disappointing. Their punctuality was severely lacking (3 hours late). This delay caused me unnecessary stress and ultimately made me late. The condition of the truck (what truck, they arrived with a panelvan and rented trailer- have photos) was horrible! They only supp**** us with the driver and ONE mover. I am 57 years old and needed to help carrying the boxes and some of the furniture down ( Second floor flat). I strongly advise against using them for any transportation needs. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a more reliable transportation provider.
