Our client Dr Makhetha had a 60-month rent-to-own contract with Red tree Capital. There are about 23 months remaining term . She had asked for a settlement quote; however, the finance house is giving her a settlement with the same interest amount factored in as a full term. They refuse to reduce the interest or recalculate based on a current settlement.
