Stay away from Red tag SA!!!

Do not waste your time with Red Tag SA, I ordered a watch, they said TWICE "I was not home, failed delivery" when I was home waiting for this. The second time I spoke directly to the Discoun****ches they are arrogant with a "Its not my problem" attitude. These are some of there responses received - "The courier has your package, I can not guarantee when they deliver. " Any mail pertaining to the following must be avoided Discoun****ches <info@discoun****ches.co.za>; ttps://www.aramex.com/za/en/support/find-office > TRUST me you dont want to work with this delivery agent Aramex will keep telling you "they could not get hold of you" When I asked where can I pick up the package the supplier told me this "No I don't! I don't deliver packages to them, why would I know the address where your package is being kept? " It is disturbing!
