RedtagSA No response and damaged goods

First time I ordered from (2 Kindles) I had no issues. But the second time I ordered from them (Again two kindles) one of the Kindles was damaged on arrival. I have been trying to contact them for the last week with no response from the email or cell number. Basically paid for a in sealed box damaged kindle.

07 Sept 2018, 15:44After an investigation into the communication problem everything has been resolved. RedtagSA collect the device and refunded the amount in full. The turn around time was 2 days in total.
