Unsatisfied customer, poor service.

I went for one of their women's month specials yesterday(mon-wed) . I thought I could relax and pamper myself for the day . I decided to have a Pedi and gel done. Specifically a plain French gel, which costed R240. Little did I know is that I would be so stressed out as their service was extremely poor. I decided to have art done on two of my nails, one of the employees mentioned that the nail art will not hold as I am doing gel and will only hold on acrylic. I have been doing my nails for a very long time and this is always what I have gotten. So I asked them what nail art would stick, after searching for 5 minutes , they brought out old , and dirty looking stickers. With this pandemic everywhere I was disgusted and chose not to use it. Then the lady was doing my nails but app**** a very dark brown to my nails, and yet I specifically asked for French. I made her remove it. Afterwards she app**** another dark pink, which was horrible , and I made her redo my nails with just using clear- as I iniatially wanted. On the 3rd try she managed to do what was asked from me, however it was done extremely untidy the white lines do not match, one foot is thicker than the other. Since I didn't want to stay any longer. I paid and left. This was the worse service I have ever received , and paying R240 was not nearly worth it.
