Zero respect for lawfulness
The manager Paul has no respect for customers. He shouts at friends of paying customers as if they are trash. Threatens them with violence while armed. Redops chooses to assist whom they want, even when both parties are paying clients, during a dispute no matter which party is in the wrong. Paul himself does not handle conflict well or neutrally—which is to be expected of a security company—during these times. To this day I have not received an apology or a response on this behaviour from Paul. Think twice before you trust them with your family's lives as it might just happen that you'll be the one receiving threats even with prior evidence that the other party has harassed you before. Unprofessional when it comes to safety and security. Zero respect for lawfulness.
