Redink worst service received

I ordered a personalised pouch from redink it's an online business that makes personalised pouches and canvas prints and paid for the full service including courier to the owner johannes he kept delaying on the delivery date for the pouch and when i finally received the pouch he had sent me a wont pouch model that did not fit on my phone and then he promised to make another correct one and sent it ,with waiting for amost a month when i contacted him again wanting to know when will i receive my pouch then now i asked him to refund me so that i can send him his pouch back he still does not want with my money now i am stuck with something that i can not use
