Redhill Union / Madison lofts is bullying residents , and the place pose health danger to residents

They're managing Madison lofts in Springs, the lifts works from 4am to 10am and from 16pm to 21pm, what madness is that in the residential building with 12 floors. The main sewerage pipes are inside the bathrooms and they sometimes spill water on the floors, The caretaker doesn't do anything about people's complains.
