Red Go Automation lie!

I am so annoyed right now! Firstly, Red Go Automation make me look like a ****! My boss queried these GENERIC CARTRIDGES and I made it quite clear to her that WE WON'T BE BILLED UNTIL THEY KNOW WE ARE HAPPY! This morning we received an Invoice from Red Go Automation! The date 13/10/2015. The cartridges were never collected from the post office, on Friday Red Go Automation phoned to ask if we collected them, my boss DID NOT WANT THEM AS THEY ARE GENERIC. So she instructed Red Go Automation to collect them from the post office. The gentleman I dealt with GUARANTEED me that we would not receive an invoice until a 10 day trial period with the cartridges, so how can we already have an Invoice! My boss is very annoyed and it makes ME look bad! I want this Invoice credited today!
