Goods forced onto us

We were approached by Redgo Automation for cartridges. They said that they had a special on. Did not say that it is a contract, but contracts only get signed, we did not sign anything. They received cartridges from them at the beginning of last year for 6 months. I still have those cartridges. In December they phoned again and said that we need to take another 6 months cartridges. I said that I do not need them and do not want them. Only to be told that we had a contract. I refused the cartridges in January when they were delivered, only to be told that the courier cannot take the cartidges back and that they will send another courier to collect, which needless to say never happened. Please do not deal with this company, they are ******.
