A **** of note+Complete Incompetence

From the start Ive been constantly harassed at work by numerous calls from a sales lady to whom I finally relented. To try out their ink for 60 days+if not completely satisfied, I could keep or return it with no need to pay. <br> The sales agent blasted through her monotonous sales pitch, not having even the slightest interest or knowledge of ink or printing and assumed to know what I needed once the call was through and she had finally left me alone. Naturally the wrong ink arrived (late), and to top it off, the invoice said I had to pay debt owed within 30 days! On the back, it read more like a legal letter of demand than an everyday invoice. A very unpleasant feeling came over me when I now received the impression that they intend to bind you to a contract which was clearly stated, once again over the phone, was not the case. I was quoted a much higher amount now including tax, only after I had agreed to try out their ink. So sure I would be totally satisfied. Now I am being bossed around to urgently email different departments to state my case of why I am not interested anymore and just to have them leave me alone. I dont have the time for this. Please Collect your Ink and RED GO!
