Worst Customer Service Ever

Whilst their shoes are amazing, they have the most shocking customer service. I ordered a pair of boots online and when they arrive they had different laces to the ones I had ordered on the website. When I requested an exchange based on this inconsistency, the owner herself decided to send me an extremely rude email refusing an exchange but rather taking the shoes back and issuing a full refund. Amongst other things she ended off the email by telling me to "go buy your cheap lined leather boots somewhere else." Completely unnecessary, childish, hurtful and down right rude when all I was trying to do is support local and buy a nice pair of handmade shoes. Very disappointing.
