Still waiting for ITC letter

<p>I finished paying my account in sept 016, was told I will get the letter stating that I have been removed from ITC in 2 days after last payment.</p> <p>I have since called them numerous times but I still have not recieved it.</p> <p>This is putting my business at risk since I cannot buy new machines that are urgently needed</p> <p> </p> <p>I get the feeling of being treated like toilet paper</p> <p>I hope this company goes bank</p>
