Shocking service. My doctors account of approximately R3000, but ended up paying R10 080 on my account. The balance was an all for client and lawyer cost (R7 080). After settling the account in ful, there had to be a process to remove the judgement from my name from on ITC. When i Approached ITC, they told me that only the acting lawyer could remove the judgement by completing the correct form and then sending it to them. The form is still not signed my Pieter Redinghuys and also not forwarded to ITC. When I phoned him to ask why the form has not been forwared to ITC. He words to me was "who's responsibility is it, is it not jou responsibility? Now, why would ITC tell me that the lawyer has to do the request. Secondly, I have paid R7 000 rand to him for client laywer cost. They have being promissing me two weeks, going into the third week to have this resolved. THE SERVICE IS APPALLING, THE PEOPLE ARE ********, NON CARING. IT LEAVES A LOT TO DESIRE ABOUT THEIR WORK ETHICS
