Negligence for an legal office is not a good trait

Unwilling to provide information. No communication. Negligent!! They ignore my request for an invoice! they have the information on my summons incorrect and dont know what to do about it, they have to consult it with someone. Apparently my daughter received medical services before she was even born.

They were not giving me my 10 days to defend until i told them they would be reported to the council, they didnt even bother to respond to that mail with a few other facts. AND to top it all i got the summons almost a year late AND I had already paid the doctor before the date of the summons. I paid them the amount given to avoid being listed so lets see if i receive a refund....
