Bad attitude, devious and ********* company

I paid the company REDELINGHUYS LAW twice by error for an account that had been handed over to them and was in arrears. I have been following up since the beginning of November 2017 for my refund but they have still not given me back my money! Gerald de Winnaar (Legal recoveries manager) asked me to provide proof of payment which I did but since then every time I call him to follow up he deliberately avoids my calls and does not return them. I've sent him countless emails but he doesn't bother responding. His receptionist has such a terrible attitude, she laughed at me when I voiced my dissatisfaction at the manner this matter is being handled. For a law company, they absolutely have no ethics and values. They are clearly a small time company pouncing on people's vulnerabilities.
