Stop crippling small businesses!!!!
I recently vacated a Redefine Commercial Property, My contract ended on 31 March, I had to wait for 2 weeks for them to do an exit inspection, 3 weeks for them to send me the exit inspection form to sign. Now I am waiting for the them to repay me my deposit and I get told they will do it asap, maybe this week, maybe the following week. During the time when my business seriously need cash flow, I can't help but think I am just dealing with people who don't care. What a disappointment.

21 Jul 2020, 10:52Hi. Yes she did, she has been part of the communication since day one. All she did this time is give me invalid excuses for the delay. Unfortunately im still at the same position i was yesterday, waiting for the very same lady who told me my deposit will be refunded whenever to confirm when exactly this whenever is. I need to communicate with someone who is interested in solving this issue.
