Redefine - Utter Disgust at incompetency

Have been parking at one of their parkades for the last 5 years. on 24 October 2019, a contractor (who has no common sense), was hired to paint and spray their walls and roof. Needless to say my car is covered in spray. Have been getting the run around for 3 weeks, and no joy. They keep passing the buck, not even wanting to go through their own insurance, but rather directly via the contractors insurance, which is not the correct channel I might add. These guys have no sense of urgency or proper communication. Would like if an executive could contact me. Next step, seeing my attorney this afternoon, going to sue with costs. Redefine you are useless and *********** to handle things efficiently to say the least. Have an executive call me, I am sure on that level they would love to see the emails I have received
