Redefine is landlords!!!

Your slogan on adverts say "REDEFINE IS NOT LANDLORDS BUT PEOPLE" but I'm surely being treated from landlords

I have Men store in Maponya mall. when I moved in the entrance that I am in had about 9 shops, it now has 3 shops due to the reconstruction for discheme, ever since the begging of the year our sales have decreased drastically.

After emailing and phoning Tumi Makoropo since end Feb I finally got a meeting with him on the 26th June 2017, in the meeting I told him what is happening and I need to move to a busier entrance... he then said he will have a meeting with the landlords, never heard from Tumi for months after emailing and phoning Tumi sent a message to contact Howard Kekana, after contacting Howard his emails back and forward were so unpredictable as in one email he replies there is still a meeting with the landlord, in another he says it's a waste of time to meet the landlords, then in another email howard replies

"it’s in the incorrect area, this is what we refer to as a landing area, ideally suitable for destination shops/services and not fashion"

and the last email Howard states he does not have a store available when he does he will let me know! I have emailed Tumi since February of the empty stores and every time I get pushed aside!

As Howard clearly states I am in the incorrect entrance hence why I can not pay the rent, I have paid in for the rent since I came to Tumi with the situation and i am now in debt cause of this!!!

Our rental and electrity comes to +-R26000 our gross since March is R30 000 I feel Redefine does not care as long as they get the rent paid....
