Park Central - A false value proposition

I highly DON'T recommend Park Central. Poor execution of my apartment has indicated that there is nothing luxurious about this place. It has been nothing short of a nightmare to have moved into this place, one issue after the next. I've had problems with light switch covers, even falling off the wall. The shower leaks, tiles are uneven, under the stairs looks like a hack job. The windows let cold air in while the aircon doesn't heat. I found breaches in security. The list seems like it never ends. I've heard a lot of denial and the best that they can do, is to offer to cancel the lease. Given the price point, this building has not lived up to expectations and is by no means an executive apartment for a busy professional. The value proposition of this building has been completely missed. Perhaps Redefine should just stick to corporate buildings, based on Park Central, they have failed and all they can say is that their contractors apparently did a good job and they accepted the apartment with defects, as should I. I'm so offended by how things have been dealt with and it's quite unprofessional. I have been asked to avail myself during working hours for them to "attempt" to fix things, even though all I've heard is excuses from their suppliers, upon "inspection". Clear the quality assurance process at Redefine is substandard so their prices are completely unjustified and so are their selling points. Some of the Redefine staff are dismissive and rude, it's been a horrible experience and I expected so much more from Redefine, not such low standards.
