Business owner sucks

So i went looking for spares at the local spare shop for one of my vehicles. I am a reasonable guy and dont like drama i come from a customer service industry. so not really drama but their pricing is hellava expensive but what really made me come here is that the owner really treat his staff like ****. absolutely disgusting.

one question: how do you go into a business where your income and help come from people when you cant treat people properly ?
