BAD SERVICE

I bought a gearbox from them which was faulty, Notified them after two days of fitment , They connected me to their supplier( Qureshi auto gearbox ) required me to get a refund from them and pay him directly because he gave me a faulty gearbox because they paid him R2500 instead of R6500 they charged.

I have been waiting a refund from them for a year which they still want to connect me to get money from the supplier whilst the payment was done through them . They are taking advantage because I am a woman .
