Bizarre service

I think that the Reddam Pharmacy has in general a nice- efficient working -team in Steenberg Village. However, yesterday I was with my husband for the first time there as the Wellness warehouse had not what I was looking for and referred me to the Pharmacy next door. And right away, a very nice and helpful girl assisted me to find it. But the cashier was something else ! The lady was on the phone and had no intention to end the conversation. She gestured to the card machine to tap while my husband actually wanted to pay cash. Then, she gave the receipt while still keep on talking to the much more important person on the phone than we were of course. We never experienced such rude behavior and have no words for it. And we don't understand that management thinks that you can saddle someone with multiple tasks while the employee can't handle it.
