Very bad service! ! !

App**** for a place on the 9th of february and today is the 18th I am still waiting for the final word from a person called Amukelani.

He does respond and will ask you for the same documents twice and make empty promises.

I wonder if the application process is this bad how is the service when you stay at these prooerties.

I have never seen such a bad service in my life.
