Renting with Redcon is a nightmare

The company administrators are the worst, and have no regard for you as a tenant. My calls were never answered, and when they did I would be told to send an email which I never got responses to. This is when they shut down water or electricity in the building without notice or update on what they're doing. The property I stayed would usually be the only one without lights - and no one would say anything. So I decided to move out, my lease had ended and I was staying on an option month-to-month basis. I submitted a 30 day notice as per the lease agreement in the middle of the month and I was basically told \great that you submitted the 30 day notice
