Redcon don't want to payback the deposit

I was staying at newly developed building at 94 ON MAIN. at mashaltown from January till end of July. The reason why i canceled my lease was everything that they used to lure is to the building was never there. There was no wifi, no dstv, no washing lines and laundry, no kids play area and everytime i ask they always say they are busy with the matter. The building is still under maintance, i was busy with the exams during july but i couldn't even stady in my apartmenet beacuse of the drilling noise. The other days will just find find dirt all the the floor of my arpartment because they were doing maintenace without even have the decency to give me a notice. One weekend they open my apartment on friday doing maintanace on the room next but they had to use my toilet in order to solve the matter next but what ****es me off was they didn't lock my room the whole weekend because i went to soweto on that friday but when i come back on Sunday was apartment was not locked. Now what i canceled my lease because i couldn't stay there anymore, they are refusing to give me my deposit back. We did the inspection and my room was as good as when i moved in. i need my deposit back and anyone thinking of joining redcon, just know that they are bad bad bad. you can check all the review in this site and you'll see for yourself.
