On the 11 November 2015 on Wednesday when I arrived at home there was water outrages and no one has alerted us that there we were going to be out of water. That is unacceptable and the toilets are smelling is unhealthy for all us.<br> <br> Today is Saturday is the fourth day that we are still out of water, as a Landlord they are supposed to look after the customers/ is it because that there are black people in these flats that you do not care.
