NO PROPER STRUCTURE, BAD ATTITUDE,

I have resided in this building for over a year and through I have been complaining about the same issues, ranging from noise level, security misconduct and most importantly hygiene and safety management of the units. I have had similar issues through out my stay leaking from the roof, broken window handles you name it. Every single day somehow nobody wants to take responsibility, until a few days ago when I tended my unit vacation notice, I was finally honoured with a call begging me to change my mind. I was not convinced, we have had no water for the past 2days, not their fault, my flat has been flooding since 4am Thank God, the water supply was cut off again, I managed to clean up the mess, until now around 4:30pm I have had to call neighbours, security and caretaker on standby to witness this, upon calling the main caretaker, the attitude I received and he actually hung up on me after several whatsapp messages that went unanswered. REDCON AND SCORE HOUSE IS THERE TO ******* PEOPLE NOT TO SERVE THEM. My notice was entirely honest based on my experience and I have kept entire records of it all. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
